A Project Management background

At Equadix, we have started managing projects for clients. Obviously, we have to report what we do. However, we have to report the information internally for accounting purposes, our clients also needs some validated evidence of our work to allow their accounting department paying our invoices (an excellent idea we have always promoted).

In the mean time, we keep working on our projects and reporting our time to follow up on project progress. We find our team members reporting the same time, not to the same people, not for the same purposes, under different forms. Otherwise, it would not be fun, would it?

Since we are reporting the same time, but for the same usage, it would be great to have a tool that could satisfy all needs at once. Report once, use many times...

Eventually, some times, we just have to report the work we have done, being there for a single purpose, with a single task, seen from the outside. This happens as well...
